Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Once shipped, delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier.
Q: Will I receive tracking information?
A: Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email or text with tracking details.
Q: Do you offer returns or exchanges?
A: We accept exchanges for eligible items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition. Please contact us before sending any returns.
Q: What if my item arrives damaged?
A: We’re sorry about that. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item so we can make it right.
Q: Do your products fit true to size?
A: Most items fit true to size unless otherwise noted in the product description. For an oversized fit, we recommend sizing up.
